I provide in-house dining for nearby wellness, yoga, surf & walking retreats, working regularly with some beautiful venues, using seasonal, local and organic produce.
My menu is vibrant & wholesome to compliment your weekend and leave guests feeling nourished and rejuvenated. Bringing everyone together at the table to share wonderful flavours and gorgeous fresh produce will make mealtimes one of the highlights of your weekend.
Guests can expect daily cold press juices, early morning bliss balls, afternoon cake, mouthwatering salads packed full of goodness and a curry night to remember! Brunch is typically served on full days though breakfast and lunch can be supplied if preferred.

Leave-to-Bake options: Aubergine Parmigiana, Mushroom & Kale Lasagne with a feta crust or Pepper, Mushroom & Courgette Lasagne with a creamy tomato & mascarpone sauce topped with local cheddar and a honey, mustard & balsamic dressing
