Shakshuka: A Middle Eastern inspired dish with tomatoes, peppers and a good kick of heat served with whipped feta & brown seeded sourdough. Traditionally baked with an egg in the middle I also offer a delicious vegan option with chickpeas & spinach, topped with toasted nuts & edemame
Waffles: Our legendary waffles made with our own GF batter, served with a selection of yoghurt, fresh fruit, homemade berry coulis & almond butter
Granola Jars: Fresh fruit topped with yoghurt, almond butter, homemade berry coulis, pomegranate seeds and my own maple, cashew & cinnamon granola
Smashed Greens: Platters of smashed avocado or minted peas on toast topped with our herby roasted toms or feta with rocket & toasted seeds, optional creamy local scrambled egg
Homemade Hummus: Platters of either Minted Beetroot & Chickpea or Lemon, Coriander & Butter Bean hummus, topped with ruby fermented kraut, toasted hazelnuts & pumpkin seeds, feta, pomegranate seeds & fresh herbs
Bircher Pots: Creamy overnight bircher pots, choose from either carrot cake with apple, carrot, walnut & raisin topped with Greek style yoghurt and local honey or apple crumble layered with my Nan’s spiced apple, topped with Greek yoghurt & chunky crumble
